  • The proposed Modena Town Square integrates places to live, shop, dine, play, and worship in a masterplanned community. With around 1,500 residential units, the plan calls for a range of housing styles and sizes. A variety of building heights, from six- to 12-storey garden apartments, would ensure a better flow of natural ventilation.

RDAK Land partners with Palafox Associates to create the master plan for the first phase of development of the more than 20,000-square-meter property in Cebu City.

  • The Master Planning of San Vicente, Palawan as a Flagship Tourism Enterprise Zone is a finalist in the category for International Award for Planning Excellence at the 2016 Royal Town Planning Institute’s (RTPI) Awards for Planning Excellence. Finalists have been recognized for their national contribution to planning and demonstrate how significant schemes can be delivered speedily through the planning and other consents systems.
