We are thrilled to share that we have been appointed by San Rafael, Bulacan to update its Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), and Zoning Ordinance (ZO).
The contract was signed on April 5 at the San Rafael Municipal Hall by Mayor “Kuya Cholo” Violago and Ar. Jun Palafox and witnessed by the Sangguniang Bayan members and representatives of Palafox Associates.
Through this historic partnership, Palafox Associates together with the local government, community, and stakeholders will update the municipality's development plans to achieve San Rafael’s vision and goals toward becoming a first-world city by 2040 and an economic center in the Province of Bulacan and Central Luzon.
