We have presented the Conceptual Master Plan of Proclamation 311 in Real, Quezon to the municipal government leaders and the local community on April 4, 2023.
Through the initiative of late President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Proclamation 311 was signed in 1967 to establish an additional townsite situated in the Municipality of Real, Province of Quezon. The Municipality will hugely benefit from the future 11.7-hectare waterfront development along the Pacific Ocean and the opportunities to be created by the proposed civic uses; parks; open spaces; transport terminal; trading post; government offices; community housing; commercial stalls for micro, small and medium enterprises; and the new road alignment connecting the Port of Real to the Siniloan-Famy-Real-Infanta major road. Job creation will also be promoted, which will strengthen the agriculture and fishery industries of the Municipality.
We are thrilled to have been collaborating with the leaders and the community of Real in helping them develop this key part of town first envisioned 56 years ago.
