The Global Gateway Logistics City (GGLC) is a state-of-the-art logistics and technology park located within the Clark Special Economic Zone. It is strategically adjacent to the premier international airport in the Philippines and in the entire Asia Pacific. This project creates an aviation logistics support hub in the area of Industrial Estate 5 to enhance and complement the anticipated development and prospective market that the airport and the nearby seaport of Subic will generate within the foreseeable future.

The amenities of Global Gateway are located within a park-like setting with patrolled perimeter security and control points that offer reliable and well-maintained infrastructure and facilities. Other amenities include a commercial plaza surrounded by structures designed with arcades and a mall complex providing service areas for employees, visitors and corporations. It has teleconference centers, meeting rooms, dining facilities, banking services, office supply stores, retail outlets and on-site security and facilities maintenance teams ready 24 hours a day to ensure uninterrupted services.

As an integral master-planned development, GGLC is pedestrian-oriented. Thus, green bridges will link podiums of structures as the project progresses. The buildings within the development will be designed with provisions for “green power” or alternative energy with provisions for future retrofitting. Overhead and window-clad solar panels will be utilized with cooling towers integrated in the master plan to help reduce power consumption. The use of centralized air-conditioning will require the installment of an enhanced refrigerant management program to regulate power consumption and reduce chlorofluorocarbon emissions. These technologies will be operational within the entire project area especially in the logistics hub where light industries are located.
