    Envisioned to be a benchmark in sustainable resort development, the project is deemed to be a socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable development in Coron, Palawan. Structures take inspiration from the native Tagbanua tribe’s architectural style and are situated on the flat areas within the island to minimize site development activities and land development costs.

    This project aims to develop world-class tropical resort destinations in the country. The smaller islands offer exclusivity and privacy, while the bigger islands offer a good mix of activities on top of its accommodations: a convention center, a clubhouse offering different sports activities, an extreme sports area with zip line and rock climbing activities, and a marina yacht club.

    Given the serene site conditions, utmost consideration was given to preserve the existing vegetation and landscapes. In this proposed 3.8 hectare resort development, the design and master plan adapted and blended with the natural environment. Structures are designed in tropical architecture style; making use of natural ventilation techniques, passive cooling, and use of natural / inherent materials.

People are drawn into the central park by interconnected pedestrian bridges and wide sidewalks to create a walkable community within secure, lush greenery.

Residential villas are designed using varied architectural themes including Asian, Mediterranean, Florida, Spanish, Mexican, Islamic and Moroccan inspirations.
