    Forbes Tower is a high-rise luxury residential condominium with an extensive selection of room layouts from two- to four-bedrooms. The 3,000-square meter condominium has 152 units divided into two towers. It offers a view of the immediate surroundings through the wide street frontage, clad with glass from top to bottom. The interplay of light hues and horizontal lines give the building a smooth pattern.

    The majestic 39-storey Luna Gardens is characterized by a deep blue color accented by horizontal white mosaic tiles running through its clean surface and discreet curves. It features a structural system that allows twisting when there is seismic activity and provides wind channeling during the typhoon months, thus minimizing the destructive effects of natural forces.
