    The Alson's residential community is a 112-hectare development comprised mainly of single detached residential units. The main road acts as the unifying element that connects the different phases of the development to each other, making it easier to navigate through the site. Bigger lot sizes are allocated in areas along the main spine and smaller lot sizes are given to subsequent/adjacent lots.

    Embraced by two rivers, the site has an approximately 3,000 meters of waterfront and riverside vistas, where residents and occupants can enjoy the mix of uses the community offers: a residential community with a variety of lot sizes, a commercial district, a large clubhouse with swimming pools, and provisions for different sports activities. Pocket parks are strategically placed within the subdivisions to evenly distribute open spaces required for the community.

  • BELLE REVE | Laguna, Philippines

    Belle Reve is a 27-hectare master planned residential community with lot sizes ranging from 500 to 1,000 square meters. The 212 residential lots are arranged in clusters, each with a pocket park to serve as a private open space for surrounding residences, designed to work around an existing mini forest.

    The homes in the 3.2-hectare Fontamara community portray the grandeur of Italian villas and the configuration of a closely-knit Filipino family residence within a landscape of trimmed greens and paved roadways. The two-storey, single-detached 61 residences come in four models: Florence, Bergamo, Mirandola and Sienna, with sizes ranging from 300-400 square meters and floor areas occupying 130-275 square meters.

    Grand Centennial Homes is a 34-hectare residential community located in Noveleta, Cavite, within a beautifully-landscaped area with a main drive lined by palm trees, jogging, and cycling trails. With lot sizes ranging from 80-240 square meters, this residential community provides an array of recreational facilities like a clubhouse, a tennis court, putting green, a basketball court, and a swimming pool.

  • LA JOYA DE SANTA ROSA | Laguna, Philippines

    A classic Spanish-Mediterranean inspired residential development and an eco-friendly community, La Joya skillfully combines space and natural surroundings. The firm prepared three model units for this project: Azalea, Bougainvillea, and Dama de Noche. Lot sizes range from 60 to 180 square meters while floor areas scale from 56 to 102 square meters.


    The La Residencia de Santa Rosa clubhouse serves as the core amenity of the development, with a multi-purpose hall and recreational facilities for both adults and children.     The Palmetto Garden Apartments in Bacolod City are composed of a family of buildings made of two to four-level structures. The use of natural stone cladding gives the buildings a firm and sturdy look softened by the trellises and ground foliage. The modernized appearance with its clean lines and rectangular shapes is the dominant layout feature of these homes.

    Playa Calatagan was created as a tourism destination offering leisure, residential and commercial activities in Southern Luzon. Fourteen hectares of the self-sustained community are intended for leisure and similar uses, while 78 hectares are allocated for residential use. The remaining spaces include amenities such as an amphitheater, a bamboo park, a clubhouse with a viewing deck, a water theme park, and several satellite pocket parks.

    Shopping and dining has been made easy with the proposed Robinsons’ community master plan due to its proximity to a Robinsons shopping mall and supermarket, the first of its kind in Antipolo. The master planned Robinsons’ community offers a suburban refuge a few minutes away from the metro and offers a variety of accommodations for its residents, from individual lots to condominium units.

The unique hacienda-inspired design of structures within the vast 103-hectare subdivision uses arches, porches, high-pitched roofs, and warm colors to give the structures brilliance and a lively feel.

    Palafox Associates planned the development of a demonstration farm to showcase a wide variety of herbs, vegetables, ornamental and fruit-bearing trees and plants. Perched on the hilly areas of Lemery, Batangas, this master plan is a response to the challenge posed by the site’s terrain and slope which required unique lot and road configurations. The development includes a town centre, an agricultural school, a produce market and a resort hotel.

    A Spanish-inspired development project, Tierra Maria is a master planned residential community that covers 33 hectares of fertile land in the heart of Lipa City. It features farm lots where residents can cultivate and propagate vegetables, flowers and fruit-bearing plants, a commercial strip, a theme garden, and a clubhouse.
