Join us on June 24, 2016 for an exciting presentation/talk on "Postcards from the Future". Architect-Urban Planner will share and lead the discussion on creating a vision plan for the future development of the Philippines. This includes urban planning, architecture, urban design, urban renewal, inclusionary zoning, humanizing our streets, creation of urban growth centers outside of Metro Manila, and preparing our communities, towns and cities to be more livable, resilient, safer, smarter, and sustainable.
The proposed Modena Town Square integrates places to live, shop, dine, play, and worship in a masterplanned community. With around 1,500 residential units, the plan calls for a range of housing styles and sizes. A variety of building heights, from six- to 12-storey garden apartments, would ensure a better flow of natural ventilation.
